     Heritage Products, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of metal stampings, welding and assemblies to the automotive industry. This environmental policy will be maintained and communicated to all team members.

     We are committed to conducting our operations in a safe and environmentally responsible manner to support our team members, customers and our community.  Heritage Products, Inc. will ensure that the Environmental Management System (EMS) works to minimize any environmental impact of our activities, products and processes by setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets.

     Heritage Products, Inc. is committed to conduct its business to meet or exceed all applicable government regulations and company requirements.  The company will continue to carry out pollution prevention programs to reduce waste and the consumption of resources (materials, fuel and energy), and commit to recovery and recycling, as opposed to disposal where feasible.

     A comprehensive audit and management review process will serve to continually improve our EMS. Products will be designed in such a way as to minimize their environmental impact in production and will incorporate the continuous improvement of EMS in the planning and execution of our company's business.

     Heritage Products, Inc. requires its team members, contractors and suppliers to perform their duties and responsibilities in accordance with this Environmental Policy. The environmental policy is available to the public from the Human Resource Manager for distribution to all interested parties.
